Below is described in detail the procedure that must be followed to communicate complaints, complaints about compliance and fairness, other complaints, as will be detailed.
Any stakeholder, including interested parties, evaluator, specialist, natural or legal entity, partner, employee or subcontractor involved in development, implementation, monitoring may submit questions - requests addressed to involtor Consult SRL at any time.
If you have an ethics or compliance question, concern, complaint, for example about how to declare a conflict of interest, report gifts and invitations to unprincipled acts, or if you have a question about any area of our Code of Conduct or about any of our compliance policies, the implementation of Agricultural practices, deadlines, neighborhoods, tacit conflicts, there are three main alternatives.

- Send an email to office@involtor.ro using the word complaint in the email subject. Deadline: within a maximum of 3 days, the complainant will be provided with a response by email from involtor Consult SRL, confirming receipt of the complaint.

The petition procedure for interested persons:
1) The complaint shall include the following information:
a) Name of the complainant and legal entity (if applicable)
b) Contact information of the complainant
c) Details of the complaint
d) Any other element relevant to the reported case
2) Involtor Consult SRL will designate an appropriate person to handle the complaint, who will organize an analysis (involving external parties, as appropriate) and determine any appropriate action required. Deadline: This stage will last a maximum of 20 days
3) Involtor Consult SRL will prepare a written response and provide it to the complainant. Deadline: This stage will take a maximum of 5 days
4) Appeal. If the complainant is not satisfied with the response received and the measures implemented, he may request a re-examination of the case, in accordance with national law, before an arbitration commission that will meet according to legal procedures. The management of involtor Consult SRL will respond to the request and will appear before the arbitration commission, without a doubt.
5) All information submitted by the complainant regarding the complaint is kept confidential by the management of involtor Consult SRL.
